Facility Project Manager

About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on the comprehensive management of facility services within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of hard and soft FM services for the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and achieve defined KPI/SLA performance targets.
• Develop and manage the planning and budgeting for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities.
• Manage internal manpower and external subcontractors.
• Administer and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Coordinate effectively with hospital administration, infection control committees, and safety committees.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.
• PMP or CFM certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in facility management.
• Demonstrated experience managing integrated FM / O&M contracts specifically within hospitals or other healthcare facilities.
• At least 5 years of the required experience must be in hospitals.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of CBAHI / JCI facility-management standards.
• Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements.
• Experience with critical-area operations, including Intensive Care Units (ICU), Operating Rooms (OR), and Isolation Rooms.

Location and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage hospital facility operations effectively.
