About Double Impact

Double Impact is seeking a Factory Production Manager to oversee its exhibition and events fabrication facility. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a dedicated professional to manage all aspects of production.

The Role

The Factory Production Manager will assume full ownership of the exhibition and events fabrication floor. This position is designed for a proven operator who can drive output, maintain cost control, and ensure deadlines are consistently met for high-pressure event and exhibition builds. The role involves managing the entire production operation, from initial engineering and shop drawings through joinery, metalwork, acrylic, printing, and finishing, to final quality control and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full charge of the production floor and technical operations, from engineering hand-off through fabrication, finishing, and dispatch.
• Lead and coordinate all disciplines, including joinery, metalwork, acrylic, printing, and technical engineering, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
• Optimise production workflows and factory capacity to increase throughput and reduce cost without compromising quality standards.
• Act as the primary troubleshooter on the floor, anticipating bottlenecks, resolving technical and production issues promptly, and finding practical solutions under tight event timelines.
• Review and validate engineering and shop drawings for producibility before commencing work.
• Plan and schedule production across concurrent projects, allocating manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently.
• Enforce quality control, safety, and finishing standards through to final inspection and dispatch.
• Work closely with project management, procurement, and design teams to ensure every build remains within scope, on budget, and on schedule.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years' experience managing exhibition and events fabrication factories, ideally within Riyadh or Saudi Arabia.
• Full technical command across joinery, metal, acrylic, printing, and technical engineering processes.
• Proven ability to optimise production, reduce costs, and ensure delivery under demanding event deadlines.
• Strong leadership presence on the factory floor, with the capability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
• A solutions-driven mindset, demonstrating genuine troubleshooting skills rather than solely coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the factory floor, ensuring operational efficiency and proactive problem resolution.
