Role Overview

My Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Senior Registrar to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves carrying out medical responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the Family Medicine Chairman/Medical Director, providing specialized patient care within clinic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients within clinic services.
• Collaborate in a team approach to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide consultation services as per approved privileges.
• Participate actively in Departmental/Divisional Educational Programs.
• Coach, educate, and supervise Staff Physicians and Assistant Consultants within the Department and Divisional subspecialty in training.
• Develop subspecialty clinical programs and Departmental Policies and Procedures (DPPs) as directed.
• Collaborate in the development of Quality Assurance and participate in Departmental and My Clinic programs.
• Ensure that the quality of care provided meets the standards of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
• Assume responsibility in other divisions within the Department as requested.
• Serve on medical staff committees as directed by the Departmental Head / Medical Director.
• Adhere to the rules, policies, and procedures of My Clinic.
• Maintain responsibility for patients under their care.
• Perform other professional/medical duties assigned by the department head.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate from a recognized medical school with a valid medical degree.
• Completion of a recognized formal residency program with additional subspecialty training, if applicable.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license in the specialty and sub-specialty.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, as applicable.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a multispecialty outpatient care setting.
