About the F&B Service Expert Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, focusing on food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert plays a key role in ensuring guests enjoy their meals through proactive and comprehensive service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables for guest service.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas and all service supplies.
• Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards for food and beverage service.

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for contributing to a safe working environment for all team members and guests. This includes maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety protocols. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and all forms of communication is consistently expected.

Physical Demands of the Role

This role requires physical activity and mobility to effectively serve guests and manage the service area. Candidates should be able to perform the following tasks:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move across sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information on menus and other materials.
• Engage in hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
