The Role of Field Sales Representative

Kotiva Beauty is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join its sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the brand's presence across key beauty and healthcare channels throughout Saudi Arabia. The representative will manage assigned territories, develop relationships with various retail partners, and ensure brand representation in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop assigned sales territories across Saudi Arabia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains, beauty retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Present Kotiva products, conduct demonstrations, and provide product education to customers and retail staff.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand Kotiva’s market presence.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights and customer feedback.
Ensure strong product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, events, and launches.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi beauty and personal care market.
Demonstrated experience managing key accounts.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Work Environment

This full-time role requires regular field visits within assigned territories across Saudi Arabia. The Field Sales Representative will work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to support various brand initiatives.
