About the Finance Manager Role

Role Overview and Impact

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the financial operations of Lamina Company, with a particular focus on strategic financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis specific to manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Manage manufacturing costing, product pricing strategies, margin analysis, and overall profitability.
• Oversee standard costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) costing, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, financial controls, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide comprehensive financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance management.
• Demonstrated strong background in manufacturing and industrial environments, particularly within the industrial packaging sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and lead a finance team effectively.
