About the Role

Durrat Al Riyadh Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Dallah Albaraka Holding, is seeking a qualified Finance Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports effective financial management and contributes to business decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring effective cost management and financial planning.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and resolution of findings.
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and studies to support management decision-making.
Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial operations and reporting. The ability to manage a finance team and ensure regulatory compliance is essential.
