About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join its Supply Chain Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of the company's fleet operations. The successful candidate will oversee various administrative and operational aspects related to the fleet.

Role Overview

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's vehicle fleet. This includes coordinating maintenance, managing leasing and insurance, and tracking expenses to ensure smooth and compliant operations. The role requires a proactive approach to fleet administration and a commitment to maintaining detailed records.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily fleet operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and workshop schedules.
Manage leasing contracts, procurement requests, and insurance renewals.
Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and prepare accurate reports.
Handle accident reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain updated fleet documentation and records.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in fleet administration or a related field.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Fleet Administrator will work within the Supply Chain Division, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.
