About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing one or more dining outlets to ensure quality, service, and profitability, while contributing to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, focusing on quality, service, and marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, including monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
Support the delivery of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, providing professional development opportunities and recognizing achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
