Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for a Showroom Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh.

Job Location

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors and customers at the showroom;

Answer incoming calls and respond to general customer inquiries;

Maintain a professional, clean, and organized reception area;

Support the sales team with customer reception and basic information registration;

Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and courier deliveries;

Assist with meeting arrangements, visitor coordination, and daily administrative tasks;

Perform other related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

Saudi nationals only;

Female candidates are preferred;

Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented;

Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications;

Responsible, punctual, and well organized;

Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or an automotive showroom is preferred;

Good communication skills and the ability to work with a multicultural team.

Working Hours

5 working days per week

8 hours per day

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
