About the Role

Higher Institute For Digital Transformation | HIDT is seeking a Full-time AI Application and Full Stack Developer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for the launch, development, operation, and continuous improvement of a specialized Human Resources Management platform, which is powered by artificial intelligence. We are looking for a candidate with 0-1 years of experience, or a strong foundational knowledge and practical familiarity with the required technologies.

Key Contributions

The successful candidate will be instrumental in finalizing enhancements for the platform's launch and driving its ongoing evolution. This includes developing new features, proactively addressing feedback and resolving errors, and consistently improving overall performance and user experience. The role also involves implementing client-specific requirements and customizations while strictly adhering to standards for system quality and stability.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop and enhance platform functionalities and features.
• Analyze technical issues, resolve software bugs, and improve system stability and performance.
• Implement required customizations and modifications based on client needs.
• Develop user interfaces and enhance overall usability.
• Manage and develop databases and software integrations.
• Contribute to the improvement of technical infrastructure and code quality.
• Manage releases and updates using GitHub.
• Participate in testing and ensure the quality of deliverables before deployment.
• Systematically document technical developments and updates.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience or demonstrate strong knowledge and prior practical engagement with the following technologies:

• Front-end: React, ****, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Backend & Database: Supabase, PostgreSQL, SQL, REST APIs
• AI & Integrations: OpenAI APIs, Prompt Engineering, AI Workflow Integration
• Infrastructure & DevOps: GitHub, Vercel, CI/CD

Familiarity with the following concepts is preferred:

• Multi-Tenant Architecture
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
