About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a GRC RSA Archer Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting and developing RSA Archer applications, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes within the organization.

Role Overview

The GRC RSA Archer Specialist will be responsible for the technical configuration, support, and maintenance of the RSA Archer platform. This includes managing applications, workflows, and integrations to ensure the smooth operation of GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes. The specialist will also play a key role in troubleshooting and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop RSA Archer applications.
• Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports within the RSA Archer platform.
• Provide support for GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and application issues.
• Support changes, upgrades, testing, deployments, and releases of RSA Archer solutions.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure teams, business users, and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in RSA Archer development and support.
• Demonstrated ability to configure and manage RSA Archer applications, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills for platform, integration, and application issues.
