About the Guest Ambassador Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a dedicated Guest Ambassador to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to enhancing the visitor experience across Cenomi Centers' malls, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all guests.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Guest Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, responsible for delivering exceptional, guest-centric experiences. This role ensures that guests feel welcomed, supported, and valued through proactive service, efficient problem resolution, and personalized assistance throughout their visit to the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and serve as a trusted point of contact during their visit.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns while ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
• Support various guest engagement initiatives, promotions, and in-mall activations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mall operations, facilities, and tenant offerings.
• Uphold established service standards across all assigned rotating shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Guest Ambassador position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or guest relations role. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and guest satisfaction is essential for this role.

Work Schedule

This full-time position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, which include weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous guest support and service coverage.
