PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking a dedicated HSE Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a safe and compliant working environment across the company's operations, upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.

The Role of HSE Engineer

The HSE Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols within the organization. This role requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field, focusing on maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory adherence to protect employees, assets, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and conduct thorough risk assessments.
• Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and investigate incidents to determine root causes.
• Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures.
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
• Maintain comprehensive HSE records, reports, and all necessary regulatory documentation.
• Promote environmental protection initiatives, including waste management and pollution control.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously enhance workplace safety.
• Cultivate and foster a strong safety culture focused on continuous improvement within the company.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of HSE regulations and SEC standards.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including SEC approval.
