About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction work areas, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily HSE inspections across assigned construction work areas.
Monitor compliance with PPE, access, housekeeping, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, and work-at-height requirements.
Verify permits, risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), toolbox talks, and safety-control measures.
Identify unsafe acts or conditions and require immediate corrective action.
Support safety inductions, emergency drills, inspections, and incident investigations.
Maintain observation registers, inspection reports, incident records, and safety statistics.
Coordinate daily with contractor supervisors and the HSE Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor HSE protocols in construction environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement on construction sites and close collaboration with project teams and management to uphold safety standards.
