SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking a Head Hostess to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to ensuring an exceptional guest experience within the dining hall, reflecting the company's commitment to high standards in entertainment and hospitality.

Role Summary: Head Hostess

The Head Hostess is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reception and guest welcome area. This position ensures that all guests receive a professional and hospitable welcome, while maintaining high standards of service and efficient guest flow. The role involves supervising and guiding the Hostess / Receptionist team, supporting the Reception Manager, and managing reception activities in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are welcomed professionally and hospitably upon arrival, maintaining a visible presence at the reception area.
• Provide guests with information regarding the dining hall concept, available vendors, services, and events.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Supervise and guide the Hostess / Receptionist team during daily operations, ensuring professional appearance and adherence to service standards.
• Provide support, direction, and coaching to team members to maintain excellent guest service.
• Coordinate hostess duties to ensure proper coverage of reception and guest assistance areas.
• Assist the Reception Manager in organizing daily reception operations and ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Monitor the reception desk to ensure all guest-related processes are handled efficiently and that reception areas remain organized and presentable.
• Coordinate with floor staff and management to ensure guests receive appropriate service levels.
• Encourage guest feedback and communicate suggestions or service improvements to the Reception Manager and management team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or reception roles.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or large dining venues is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Head Hostess will operate within the dynamic environment of a dining hall, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high standards of guest service.
