The Role: Head of Marketing

Min Ramla is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand development and drive business growth. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, offers substantial ownership in shaping both marketing strategy and execution from its foundational stages.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Developing brand building and positioning strategies
• Executing campaign strategy and overseeing implementation
• Guiding content direction and brand storytelling initiatives
• Managing growth marketing and customer acquisition efforts
• Conducting customer insights and segmentation analysis
• Performing performance analysis and optimization
• Establishing creative partnerships and collaborations
• Executing market research and competitive tracking

Candidate Profile
