Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this program should meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience as an early career professional, with academic exposure to IT infrastructure, systems support, networking, cybersecurity, or software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective IT solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, end users, and internal stakeholders while providing technical support.
