Role Purpose and Impact

The Host Relations Associate plays a central role in fostering strong connections with hosts and optimizing their hosting journey. This involves active engagement in onboarding new hosts, addressing their inquiries, and offering resources to enhance their overall experience. The associate also acts as a key point of contact for conflict resolution between hosts and guests, contributing to smooth operations and positive interactions for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Onboard new hosts and provide support for setting up their listings and managing their profiles.
