Role Overview

Jumeirah is seeking a Senior Guest Relations Executive for the Food & Beverage department at Jumeirah The Red Sea, located in Neom, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically for Saudi National Talent and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences within the resort's dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the hostess desk or door is consistently manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring efficient coordination.
• Handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards, utilizing the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.
• Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.
• Anticipate and accurately fulfill guest needs, including those with special requirements, delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a Highschool diploma or Secondary education certificate.
• Possess 2-3 years of experience in guest service-related work within a 5-star hotel environment.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Experience working in an international capacity.
• Demonstrated clear understanding of cultural differences, showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
• A Diploma or Degree in the Hospitality Industry is desirable.

This is a full-time position based at Jumeirah The Red Sea in Neom, Saudi Arabia.
