About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time position is essential for the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, serving as a key point of coordination between team members, other hotel departments, and guests.

Role Purpose

The Housekeeping Coordinator ensures that all housekeeping requests and operational requirements are handled promptly and efficiently. By maintaining effective communication and organization within the department, this role contributes to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and the delivery of high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and personalized service expected at Four Seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Communicate room status updates to relevant departments.
Follow up on guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of departmental operations.
Assist with departmental reports and various administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the Housekeeping team, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely communication and effective resolution of operational issues.
Ensure accurate documentation of all processes.
Monitor pending requests and prioritize as needed.
Coordinate lost and found procedures.
Ensure all relevant information is communicated to appropriate team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
Previous experience in housekeeping operations or hotel administration is considered an advantage.
This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the hospitality sector. The role involves close collaboration with various hotel departments to maintain high operational standards.
