Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, contributing to a positive guest experience. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and overseeing members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Report and promptly follow up on any maintenance issues or facility concerns.
• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Ensure high standards of service, including handling VIP and special guest requests.
