Midea Shaker Company (MISAC) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to support the company's human capital strategy and operational HR needs within the dynamic HVAC engineering market in Saudi Arabia.

MISAC is a joint venture formed through a collaboration between Midea Residential Air Conditioners (Midea RAC), Midea Building Technologies (Midea MBT), and Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. LTD (HH-Shaker). This partnership aims to establish local manufacturing and sales operations, focusing on the HVAC engineering market. In alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, MISAC actively supports initiatives for local investment and sustainable development by providing efficient, low-carbon HVAC solutions. These solutions are applied across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large-scale public facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with line managers to support daily operational HR requirements and facilitate team development initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including building talent pipelines for key roles within the organization.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to aligning people operations with broader business objectives through the use of data and practical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven operational experience across general HR functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on recruitment experience across various organizational levels.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR plans.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant HR role.

• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
