Human Resources Manager, Riyadh

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a clinic in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, offering a very attractive salary package for the right candidate.

About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR operations from end-to-end. This includes managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, handling employee relations, and implementing performance management systems. The role also involves developing and enforcing HR policies to ensure a compliant and supportive work environment within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in Saudi Labor Law and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
• Ensure organizational compliance across all HR functions, including employment contracts, Saudization (Nitaqat), payroll, and Wage Protection System adherence.
• Manage employee records (Qiwa, GOSI), leave administration, and benefits.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
• Establish and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Manage recruitment processes in line with national regulations, including requirements for expatriate employment.
• Oversee employee relations and grievance procedures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate selection processes.
• Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR reporting and analytics.
• Develop HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support training and development activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
