Dussmann-Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a full-time Tamheer Training Opportunity for a Human Resources Operations Specialist. This position is based at our headquarters in Riyadh and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience seeking to develop their career in HR operations within a professional environment.

Role Purpose

The Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the HR department. This position ensures the smooth execution of various HR processes, contributing to an efficient and compliant employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, while maintaining accurate records and supporting employee needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Collect necessary documents to establish new employee files and provide employee handbooks.
• Prepare employment contracts for new hires.
• Draft warning and termination letters as required.
• Prepare invitations, news announcements, event communications, and welcoming letters.
• Maintain GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) files.
• Prepare the annual vacation plan for all employees.
• Coordinate yearly employee evaluations.
• Handle air ticketing arrangements.
• Prepare salary certificates upon request.
• Process vacation clearance forms for employees.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the HR Department.

HR Project and Initiative Contributions

• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at supporting organizational goals and objectives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR programs, initiatives, and process improvements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Tamheer training opportunity should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding or keen interest in human resources operations.
