2P Perfect Presentation is offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist to join its Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship is specifically designed for bachelor’s degree graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in commencing their careers in Human Resources and gaining practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment team throughout various stages of the hiring process.
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Review and organize job applications based on the requirements of each position.
• Support the initial screening of candidates and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and application updates.
• Assist in posting job opportunities across approved recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate pipelines.
• Support the preparation of recruitment reports and hiring-status updates.
• Assist with collecting and organizing candidates’ required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and hiring managers regarding recruitment needs.
• Ensure candidate information is handled accurately, professionally, and confidentially.
• Contribute to improving the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the Tamheer Program.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
