About the Role

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior ELV Engineer to lead the design and delivery of ICT, ELV, and Security systems for built environment projects in the Middle East. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing multidisciplinary coordination, producing high-quality technical deliverables, and ensuring systems are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to professional standards from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of ICT, ELV, and Security systems from concept through to detailed design, tender documentation, and construction support.
• Undertake conceptual studies, including system strategies, plant and space requirements, and preparation of design principles and sketches.
• Prepare design reports, calculations, specifications, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate designs with MEP, architectural, interior design, structural, utilities, and specialist disciplines to achieve fully integrated solutions.
• Supervise the production of drawings and technical documentation.
• Propose cost-effective and value-engineered solutions without compromising performance or compliance.
• Attend site meetings as required and provide technical support to resolve construction, coordination, and progress issues.
• Support the preparation of feasibility studies, engineer’s estimates, and site acceptance documentation.
