About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking an IT Asset Management & CMDB Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in IT asset lifecycle management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and management of IT assets, supporting critical business operations, and is expected to join immediately.

Core Responsibilities: Asset Lifecycle and CMDB Management

• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, from initial request and acquisition through deployment, ongoing maintenance, and eventual decommissioning.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CMDB, ensuring all Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships are precisely mapped.
• Perform regular reconciliations between data from discovery tools, procurement records, and the CMDB to resolve any discrepancies in the asset registry.
• Map dependencies between CIs to provide clear visibility into how infrastructure components support various business services.

Financial Alignment and Governance

• Collaborate with the Finance team to track asset depreciation, manage budgets, and provide accurate data for total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure all new purchases align with technical standards and are promptly recorded in the CMDB upon receipt.
• Track software licenses, maintenance agreements, and warranties to prevent overspending on unused licenses or incurring penalties due to non-compliance.
• Develop and enforce policies for asset tagging, data entry, and asset disposal procedures.
• Generate monthly reports for leadership on asset health, license compliance status, and potential upcoming renewal risks.
• Ensure the organization maintains an "audit-ready" posture for both internal financial audits and external software vendor audits.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT asset management and CMDB specialization.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring an immediate start.
