About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on providing expert advisory support for Digital Government Authority (DGA) requirements, Enterprise Architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure Consultant will play a key role in ensuring organizational compliance with Digital Government requirements and driving digital maturity. This involves analyzing DGA standards, assessing current capabilities, and developing strategies to align Enterprise Architecture and operational processes with government digital transformation objectives and measurement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced advisory support on DGA requirements, frameworks, controls, and related standards.
  • Analyze Digital Government requirements and translate them into measurable organizational standards.
  • Assess organizational compliance with Digital Government requirements, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Support organizational readiness for Digital Transformation Measurement (Qiyas) and other government digital assessments.
  • Align Enterprise Architecture (EA) outputs with government enablers, requirements, indicators, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a Compliance Matrix covering requirements, status, evidence, gaps, and corrective actions.
  • Develop plans to improve digital compliance and maturity levels.
  • Monitor DGA updates and assess their impact on Enterprise Architecture, processes, and technology projects.
  • Conduct practical assessments of digital transformation and organizational maturity.
  • Analyze government measurement requirements and align them with organizational targets.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, KRIs, and Outcome Indicators related to Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation.
  • Develop a comprehensive Measurement Framework for maturity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Define measurement methodologies, data sources, calculation mechanisms, and evidence-collection processes.
  • Establish and maintain an Evidence Repository / Evidence Matrix for government assessments.
  • Analyze assessment results to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop measurable Improvement Plans linked to specific initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor performance indicators and improvement plans, preparing executive reports and dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong practical experience with DGA requirements and government digital transformation standards.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Digital Transformation Measurement (Qiyas) and digital maturity assessments.
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture and aligning EA outputs with government requirements and indicators.
  • Experience developing Compliance Matrices, Measurement Frameworks, Evidence Matrices, and Improvement Plans.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, KRIs, Outcome Indicators, compliance measurement, and maturity assessment.
  • Ability to translate regulatory and government requirements into measurable technical and operational requirements.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience working with Saudi government or public-sector digital transformation environments is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a professional environment focused on digital transformation and compliance for government sector initiatives.
