About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking an IT Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to manage and support critical IT and simulator systems.

Role Overview

The IT Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of daily operations, maintenance, and training support for National Guard simulators, computers, and associated training equipment. This role spans across various sites and fields, ensuring the optimal functionality and readiness of all assigned systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on simulator systems and related IT equipment.
• Set up and disassemble simulator systems according to operational requirements.
• Prepare and configure required training scenarios for various exercises.
• Adhere strictly to technical manuals and established safety standards in all operations.
• Manage equipment custody, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
• Handle supply operations and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Execute project plans effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting activities and findings.
• Perform all related administrative tasks to support departmental operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience in an IT support or technical operations role.
• Demonstrated willingness to travel and work across various field sites as required by operational demands.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working across diverse field sites, necessitating travel to support National Guard facilities and operations as needed.
