About the Role

Ericsson is seeking an Implementation Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective coordination, technical expertise, and operational excellence. The Implementation Manager will lead implementation activities, collaborating with field teams, subcontractors (ASPs), and various cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end activities across multiple operator operational systems, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, operational, and process-related issues, aiming for minimal service disruption.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor the progress of requests, and provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate, manage, and secure access to critical sites, ensuring compliance with established access control policies, security protocols, and authorization procedures.
• Manage implementation budgets and administer Purchase Orders (POs) for subcontractors to ensure cost control and financial compliance.
• Manage quality assurance within the implementation rollout.
• Ensure EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements are strictly followed.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of change management requests (MDTs/TCNs), including submission, review, approval, implementation, and closure, ensuring compliance with change management processes.

Project Delivery and Compliance

This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with Ericsson's quality, safety, and operational standards. The Implementation Manager will also oversee access management for critical sites and manage change requests (MDTs/TCNs) to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient project execution.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in implementation management or a similar field.
