About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Inbound Placement Program Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring end-to-end launch readiness across all Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Stores within the Core, Rush, and Now networks. The position involves leading configuration design, planning, and execution readiness for new nodes, ensuring operational scalability and compliance with Amazon standards.

Role Context and Impact

The Inbound Placement Program Manager will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Tech, and Business teams to define launch scope and validate configuration inputs, including inbound, outbound, and storage topology. This role manages readiness checkpoints from the planning phase through Go-Live, standardizing launch mechanisms, and ensuring alignment with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), topology, and capacity plans. The incumbent will serve as the single-threaded owner for configuration health across multiple speed networks, requiring a deep understanding of fulfillment network design, operational processes, and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end configuration readiness for all new FCs, SDCs, IXDs, and stores across Core, Rush, and Now networks.
Define and track readiness milestones, including inbound, storage, outbound, systems, and capacity, from planning through Go-Live.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to validate launch inputs, volume ramp plans, and operational dependencies.
Translate planning inputs into executable operational readiness milestones.
Standardize launch mechanisms and ensure alignment with S&OP, topology, and capacity plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated understanding of fulfillment network design and operational processes.
Experience in cross-functional project management.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Amazon's dynamic and evolving fulfillment network. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams to achieve operational excellence and launch readiness.
