About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing IT operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of technology services to support hotel operations and enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers, managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability.
Identify and implement solutions for user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures.
Assist with the execution of major system implementations, such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.
