About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting IT strategy and operations across multiple properties, ensuring system performance, security, and compliance with established standards. The Information Systems Manager will play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience for guests and supporting hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across properties, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers, managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability.
Identify and implement solutions for user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures.
Assist with the execution of major system implementations, such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption.
Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
