Information System Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Information System Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT systems to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations across multiple properties. The Information System Manager will contribute to delivering memorable experiences for guests by ensuring seamless technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers, managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability.
• Identify and implement solutions for user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures.
• Assist with the execution of major system implementations, such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in information systems or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain IT systems effectively.
• Experience with network performance monitoring, security protocols, and system upgrades.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure implementation and compliance with industry standards.
• Project management skills, particularly in system implementations and refreshes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a hotel environment, supporting IT operations that directly impact guest experiences and hotel efficiency.
