About the Role

AIQU is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Redhat) to join our team in Riyadh. This contract position is designed for a professional with a robust background in IT infrastructure management, particularly within Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.

Role Purpose

The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical IT infrastructure components. A primary focus of this role involves ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of various systems and networks, with a strong emphasis on Red Hat-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering IT infrastructure and Active Directory (AD) environments.
• Managing and troubleshooting Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
• Performing hardware troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks.
• Administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure components.
• Providing general system and infrastructure support to ensure operational continuity.
• Administering IBM systems as required.
• Managing backup procedures, defining processes, and executing data recovery operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven knowledge and practical expertise in the following technical areas:

• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure and Active Directory (AD) administration.
• Proficiency in Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong background in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with general system and infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with IBM systems administration.
• Expertise in backup management, defining backup procedures, and executing data recovery processes.
