About the Role

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. (Al-Dawaa Pharmacies) is seeking an Inventory Controller to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse and ensuring efficient operations.

Role Purpose

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining precise inventory data, performing regular cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies. This role ensures strict compliance with established inventory control procedures to support seamless warehouse operations and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts according to the warehouse inventory control plan.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Review warehouse system transactions, including receiving, put-away, picking, and adjustments.
• Ensure correct stock put-away in assigned storage locations according to warehouse layout and procedures.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to correct inventory errors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support periodic full inventory counts and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare inventory accuracy reports and highlight discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory transactions.

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse operational teams.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and operational systems.
