Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Handle internal follow-ups and ensure timely execution of delegated tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and manage procurement.
- Support onboarding of new employees and basic HR coordination.
- Prepare simple reports and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is always organized and professional.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or executive support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
