الوصف العام للوظيفة:

المونتير مسؤول عن معالجة وتحرير المواد المصوّرة وتحويلها إلى محتوى مرئي متكامل عالي الجودة، من خلال قص وترتيب المشاهد وإضافة المؤثرات الصوتية والبصرية بما يحقق الرسالة الإعلامية المطلوبة. يعمل المونتير بالتنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج والإخراج لضمان تقديم محتوى احترافي يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والهوية البصرية للمشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية

استلام المواد المصوّرة الخام وتنظيمها وتصنيفها قبل البدء بعملية المونتاج.

تحرير الفيديوهات وقص وترتيب المشاهد بما يحقق تسلسلًا بصريًا منطقيًا وجذابًا.

إضافة المؤثرات البصرية والصوتية والانتقالات المناسبة لتحسين جودة العمل النهائي.

تعديل الألوان (Color Correction / Color Grading) لتحسين المظهر البصري للمحتوى.

مزامنة الصوت مع الصورة ومعالجة الصوت لضمان وضوحه وجودته.

إدراج النصوص، العناوين، الشعارات، والرسومات المتحركة عند الحاجة.

إخراج الفيديو النهائي وفق الصيغ والجودة المطلوبة للنشر على المنصات المختلفة.

التعاون مع المخرج أو مدير الإنتاج لضمان تحقيق الرؤية الإبداعية للمشروع.

مراجعة العمل النهائي والتأكد من خلوه من الأخطاء التقنية أو البصرية.

أرشفة المشاريع والمواد المصورة بطريقة منظمة تسهل الرجوع إليها لاحقًا.

- Adobe Premiere Pro

فهم أساسيات تحرير الفيديو مثل الإيقاع البصري، الانتقالات، وتسلسل المشاهد.

مهارات معالجة الصوت وتحسين جودته.

معرفة أساسيات تصحيح الألوان (Color Grading).

القدرة على العمل مع صيغ الفيديو المختلفة ومعايير الإخراج الخاصة بالمنصات الرقمية.

الإشراف على التدريب العملي أثناء العمل (OJT).

حفظ سجلات التقييم واستخدام أنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS) لإدارة بيانات المتدربين.

تقديم الدعم المستمر للمتدربين خلال فترة التدريب.
