The Role: Junior Florist

Menna Boutique is seeking a Junior Florist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in floral design and contribute to a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating flower arrangements and floral designs for the shop floor, special events, and custom orders.
• Prepare and condition flowers to ensure their quality and longevity.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
• Support with in-store decoration and visual merchandising efforts.
• Interact with customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable floral options.
• Provide support to senior florists with setup and delivery tasks when required.
• Assist with basic packaging, labeling, and visual merchandising to ensure an inviting presentation of products.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in floristry or a related field.
