About the Role

Biopharma-MEA is seeking a Key Account Manager Nephrology to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to executing strategic directions and achieving company goals by promoting products and ensuring access for healthcare professionals, all while adhering to established company guidelines and policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators related to product promotion and market access within the nephrology therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory by planning and executing field activities, including coverage, frequency, and Doctors' group meetings, with accurate reporting as guided by the sales manager.
• Conduct account mapping to identify relevant stakeholders capable of recognizing and addressing patients' unmet medical needs, ensuring effective implementation of functional plans.
• Engage customers by leveraging Biopharma-MEA values, disease area knowledge, product expertise, and allocated resources to identify and satisfy patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy execution, leading to successful product launches and patient access to medication.
• Execute appropriate call flows to target customers effectively.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Represent the Company, Team, and personal image professionally.
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, and national laws.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Considerable proven commercial experience with a successful track record of product enlisting and achievements for at least two years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience within the nephrology therapeutic area is required.
• A valid Saudi Commission For Health Specialties License.
• A valid Driving License.
• Good command of computer and Microsoft Office skills.
