About the Laundry Attendant Role

Boutique Group is seeking Laundry Attendants to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation for linens, uniforms, and guest laundry, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

Role Purpose and Service Standards

The Laundry Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the hotel's commitment to quality and presentation. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to cleanliness across all laundry operations, directly contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall brand reputation. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional laundry services by maintaining high cleanliness standards and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and garments.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures for various fabric types.
• Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards before delivery.
• Report any damaged or stained items to the Laundry Supervisor for appropriate action.
• Assist with guest laundry requests promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the laundry team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding laundry needs.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations relevant to laundry operations, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is considered a plus.
• Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
