About NMDCON

NMDCON is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the company's operations align with relevant legal frameworks and corporate governance standards.

The Role of Legal Advisor

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and guidance across various aspects of NMDCON's activities. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of both local Saudi Arabian laws and corporate laws to support the company's strategic objectives and daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on matters pertaining to local laws and regulations within Saudi Arabia.
Offer expert guidance on corporate law issues, including governance, compliance, and transactional matters.
Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to safeguard the company's interests.
Ensure the company's adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and standards.
Identify potential legal risks and develop proactive strategies for mitigation and resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, Lawyer, or Law Professional.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
Demonstrated excellent working knowledge of local Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
Strong understanding and practical experience with corporate laws.
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field from a recognized institution.

Work Environment and Location
