About the Role

Kinetic is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Legal Counsel based in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to provide comprehensive legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on commercial, contractual, regulatory, and corporate matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and contracts.
Identify legal and compliance risks, offering practical, business-focused recommendations.
Support senior stakeholders with legal guidance on business activities and decisions.
Manage and support disputes, litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors as required.
Support licensing, transactions, and other legal projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective legal support.

Qualifications and Experience

Strong experience in commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and legal risk management.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant legal experience is required.
