About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Legal Contracts Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and effective contract lifecycle management. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support for contract-related activities. This includes ensuring that all contracts adhere to company policies and are managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising standard contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support coordination with internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and documentation for contracts.
Review contract terms and conditions, and support negotiations in alignment with organizational policies.
Help achieve balanced and compliant agreements while maintaining effective external relationships.
Assist in managing all contract stages, including initiation, execution, monitoring, renewal, and closure.
Support the maintenance of accurate contract records and contribute to the improvement of contract management processes.
