About the Role

Reef Group (مجموعة ريف) is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead its shipping and distribution operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring cost-effective, efficient, and accurate delivery processes, supporting the company's expanding presence in the retail and fragrance sectors.

Strategic Contribution

The Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Reef Group's logistics strategy, contributing to an agile and innovative logistics function designed to meet the evolving needs of the beauty and retail industries. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all shipments, optimizing routes for efficient service to warehouses and customers.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and on-time distribution operations.
• Plan and adapt transportation strategies for both regular and seasonal demands.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for distribution efficiency.
• Optimize budget utilization through effective management of transportation schedules and reduction of fuel and maintenance expenses.
• Ensure the availability of time- and cost-effective transportation options.
• Supervise all distribution activities to maximize accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct annual negotiations with Third-Party Logistics (3PLs) and shipping providers to secure optimal rates.
• Approve related expenditures in adherence to financial policies.
• Coordinate urgent delivery requirements with the sales team.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure alignment with planned operations.
• Manage expenses within approved budgets and CAPEX/OPEX guidelines.
• Track spending related to maintenance, fuel, driver logistics, and truck operations.
• Execute additional shipping-related duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time role should possess 6 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the retail or fragrance sectors. A proven track record in managing complex distribution operations and strategic planning is essential.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic and evolving logistics function at Reef Group.
