The Role of Logistics Operations Manager

EXBD Limited Company is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to overseeing daily logistics activities and ensuring efficient operations within the company's framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily logistics activities, including planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Managing inventory flow and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitoring logistics performance and optimizing routes and processes.
• Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to maintain high service standards.
• Managing logistics documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Resolving operational issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting budgeting, reporting, and forecasting related to logistics operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics processes and teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
