The Role of Logistics Supervisor

Noon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing logistics operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The supervisor will play a key role in managing logistics projects and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deputize for the Shift as required.
• Conduct debriefs for all staff and ensure accurate completion of paperwork.
• Perform duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Execute security checks before the end of each shift.
• Assign work to staff to support workflow and daily metrics.
• Support the development of health and safety practices and initiatives through compliance with legislation and policy.
• Analyze logistics complaints, investigate root causes, develop corrective/preventive actions, and verify implementation for continuous improvement.
• Manage and analyze logistics billing and control costs.
• Manage, design, and implement complex logistics projects and new initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or a similar field.
