About the Role

stc is seeking a Logistics & Facilities Management Senior Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the efficient execution of logistics and facilities operations across the organization.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and execute critical functions including inventory control, facility maintenance, and adherence to regulatory compliance. The Senior Expert will be responsible for ensuring consistent service availability, driving cost-efficiency, and maintaining strict alignment with Group Shared Services agreements and established safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics operations, including material handling, transportation, and documentation.
• Support facility maintenance activities and report needs for improvement or repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels across Specialized’s locations and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to logistics safety procedures and operational standards.
• Track logistics transactions and ensure on-time service delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in service performance reviews and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain documentation and reporting compliance for facility and logistics activities.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure proper execution of facility operations.
• Report facility risks related to safety, security, and efficiency to the line manager.
• Support material distribution planning in alignment with consumption trends and project timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in logistics and facilities management.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on maintaining high standards of logistics and facility operations.
