About the Role

RAWAJ, a leading Saudi FMCG food manufacturer specializing in dairy and food products, is seeking a Maintenance Manager. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading and optimizing all maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliable plant performance.

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for minimizing downtime and driving preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. This position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in food manufacturing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams, ensuring performance and accountability.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and other departments.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, and maintenance costs.
• Drive reliability improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing environments.
• PMP certification is preferred.
